Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Tesla Wrap Design sells digital products as credits for premium features such as AI image generation. Due to the nature of digital products, once credits are used, all sales are final.

2. Refund eligibility

•Unused credits: if you have not used any purchased credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

•Technical issues: if a technical problem prevents you using the service and our support team cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.

•Duplicate purchases: accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded for the duplicate transaction.

3. Non-refundable

•Credits partially or fully used

•Orders older than 14 days (except technical issues)

•Dissatisfaction with AI results (output varies with user input)

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@teslawrapskin.com with: your account email, purchase date, reason for the refund, and transaction ID or receipt if available.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Timing may vary by financial institution.

6. Payment processor

All payments are processed by Polar.sh as our merchant of record. Some refund requests may need to be handled through Polar's system, and Polar's buyer terms also apply.
